1. Technology Principle:
(1) The machine is driven by servo motor,achieving the pressure assembly and pressure displacement measurement function by output force of high precision ball screw.
(2) Precise force sensor and encoder inside can measure the velocity ,pressure and position accurately.The exclusive control software can control pressing mounting force and velocity,stop position,dwell time and so on. to make sure the CNC management during the whole process.
2. Basic Operation:
(1) Teaching mode:relevant parameters can be set
(2) Operation mode:press the button,pressing machine would run with the setting parameters(as shown in the curve below)
(3) External control mode: the machine can receive the instructions via external I/O ports to work
(4) Editing function:
① allows multiple setups to control pressing mounting speed and stop position during the whole process
② realize the application of setting judgement window and incremental control etc.
3. Control Software
(1) Setup:allows to edit working program and set judgement condition
(2) data sampling program:can download the data during the whole process and save it in PC
